Rental terms: To guarantee your reservation a deposit is due by cash, credit or debit card, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp with a signed “Rental Contract”. The final payment is due a week before your scheduled event.
Reservation Etiquette: When you reserve chairs, GER immediately removes the chairs from our inventory and schedules a crew. Due to the limited quantities, we may turn down other customers for the same item(s) we have reserved for you. Therefore any cancellation received within 10 days prior to the event date will be charged a cancellation fee. Please do not reserve items you may not need.
Delivery: We provide you with delivery service. Rates start at $20 and vary depending on specific chairs rented, drive time, regular work hours/after hours. Delivery is to the door only with the expectation of the King chair, Queen chair and glass table. The King chair, Queen chair and glass table will be set up and removed for no additional charge. For any other chairs set up and take down is an additional charge.
Loss Or Damage to Personal Property: Responsibility for the chairs remains with the Renter from delivery until return. Please be sure the chairs are secured when not in use. Renter pays for missing and damaged items. Renter is responsible for all damages to the chairs due to negligence, vandalism, and theft. Beware that your deposit may not cover all loss or damage incurred.
